I can cram 3-4 days into 1. My technique is to skip recreational activities and avoid the use of unnecessary energy. This technique helps me to maneuver towards goals faster.

Newtonian causality, the law of cause and effect, is brought to light as a part of the metaphysics of Newton’s theory of motion by scrutinizing Newton’s definitions and laws of motion with respect to the true meaning of “force” as “cause”. The law of cause and effect is identifi- ed in the metaphysical framework of absolute space and absolute time, which framework pro- vides the system of reference and measurement for the causal generation of changes of true motion, or momentum.

Formula for Causality

- Cause: Working consistently towards my goals free of frequent disturbances.
- Effect: I can achieve my goals more quickly.
Eliminate unnecessary distractions like friends/family, and media devices. Things like cell phones and televisions are the number 1 distractions. Avoid extended, pointless, phone calls from people. The television should only be turned on to watch “goal” related material.

Fill your mind with logical manifestation’s. Recognize when another person is purposely attempting to be a distraction. Dismiss dreary, miserable, and envious people. Keep a one track mind when it comes to your goals and future.
